mis.bg offers the following services, reaching the end user via short text messages (SMS) on their cell phones.

Informing the end user
via short text messages (SMS).

Example usage of this service is:

Informing about current duties for communal services (electricity, water, cable or satellite television, etc.)

Informing about installment loans, insurer companies, outstanding duty to NAI (National Agency of Income), etc. (used to inform about overdue loans, insurance, taxes, etc.)

Informing about coming events, activities, promotional campaign, etc. (used to inform large number of people, belong to group if interests, etc.)

In this service the information is free of charge for the end user, the value of the SMS is paid by the notifier of the service. The sender ID of the short message (SMS) is preliminary defined alpha-numeric combination, i.e. on the display of the cell phone is shown the combination instead of number, ex: "mis.bg" or another requested by notifier sender id. This helps the end user to easily recognize and remember the service and can attract the attention of the receiver.

Interactive informing.
Receiving a given information after SMS request.

The end user sends SMS to short number, owned by mis.bg with content, corresponding to his/her request (for example subscription number, client number, department number, etc.) immediately after that the end user receives SMS with answer to his/her request. Example usage of the service:

Informing about current debt for communal service (electricity, water, cable or satellite television, etc.)

Informing about results of exams kept in universities (only if mis.bg have agreement with the uni.). This service is convenient for students from distant cities and villages.

In this service the information is paid by the end user which sends the short message (SMS), the notifier should grant database with information to mis.bg.
